Refund Policy
Because all products are made to order through our print partner, we can only accept returns or issue replacements in the following situations:
🛠 Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or otherwise flawed, email fowlpoints@gmail.com within 25 days of delivery with your order number, and clear photos of the item (Shipping label helps as well). I'll open a claim with the print partner who will decide if a refund or replacement will be provided.
📦 Lost in Transit
If your tracking hasn’t updated and your package still hasn’t arrived 30 days after the estimated delivery date, email fowlpoints@gmail.com with your order number. If confirmed lost by the carrier, the print partner will send a free replacement.
🔁 Returned to Sender
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, we’ll contact you. You can have it re-shipped (additional shipping charges will apply). Orders with wrong addresses are not eligible for refunds.
🚫 No Returns for Size or Preference
We do not offer exchanges or returns for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or simply if you change your mind. Please check sizing charts carefully before ordering.
📬 Marked Delivered But Not Received
If your order is marked “delivered” by the carrier but you can’t locate it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.
